Seriously, what do you have in the trunk right now, that you're hauling around...

The Fiat: Fiat brake parts, fluids, etc... (Not pictured is the Redline MT-90 gallon jug in the back seat.)

Kinja'd!!!

And, the Mazda: More Fiat parts, plus a set of Corksport lowering springs and a set of non-LED Mazda3 hatch tails.

Kinja'd!!!

I normally have a nice neat box of stuff, but I just got back from a powernap in my truck because my computer that I need to do work is dead so I have my sleeping bag, my coat some peanuts, compressor, tools and a few other sundries about.

Dead Hookers. Nah, on a serious side, I have a bunch of detailing stuff, I have my gym shoes. Lots of oil, because my car has something wrong with it. Extra floor mats, new fog light bulbs, probably more also, this is just off the top of my head.

Uuuh, not much. Tarp, rope, for some reason I still have some screens for the rear windows, a flashlight that doesn't work, some pistol targets, and a bag of mixed nuts (???).

I dunno if it counts but I also have the four white LED strips that I installed because, y'know, being able to see is nice.

Dead hookers. As cold as it's been you can stuff in several before they start to smell.

Nothing. #supaclean

Actually there's a sub which came from the factory, and hiding with the spare is a towel and jump cables.

I do however happen shot of my trunk from some random Friday afternoon:

Backpack, jacket, and a fresh box of New Balance 1500's

A few micro fiber towels, a cleaning spray I bought at the gas station (works pretty good!), and some spare bulbs. I'm a man, and my trunk reflects that.

2 logs, a piece of cardboard, a flashlight, and a first aid kit. Ya know. Stuff for emergencies. I keep my car fairly clean.

A curtain rod to hold up the engine bay carpet (don't want to rip the fragile hook).

A pair of winter gloves to keep the curtain rod from scratching the plastic.

A snow broom (until it warms up).

Usually there are an unusual amount of bras back there during the summer...

Thinking about getting a trunk tray though. I found one on eBay for like 60% off

Just the trunk, or the whole interior? In the trunk I have a plastic bin with a safety vest, air compressor, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, thermal blanket, jumper cables, tire pressure gauge, misc. hand tools, fluorescent light, warning triangle, and all that other important emergency stuff I hope never to use. There's also a number of bottles of water, but during this weather they're all frozen solid. And a few reusable grocery bags, including an insulated one, but right now I'd get better cooling by just rolling down a window.

Scattered throughout the car in various cubbies are more electronic gadgets than I'll ever need or use (spare cell phone, iPod, 2 GPS units, scanner, CB radio, satellite radio, radar detector). One of the GPSs is there for testing before I sell it, the SatRad no longer has a subscription, the radar detector is ancient and probably useless, and there isn't an antenna for the CB. Most everything has been replaced with an iPhone, but I keep the spare cell as a 911-only emergency option. I just wish there was more than one power outlet in the front of my car, but when Spring rolls around I'll probably take care of that.

There's also a stack of jackets to give away, picked up a thrift store for a quarter each. I won't give money to homeless people that come up to me, and they don't seem to want the free food I offer, but jackets seem to be appreciated.

Of course there's a couple of snow brooms/scrapers, and a heavy-duty pair of gloves. And I hope that the Wheelskins steering wheel cover that I haven't installed is still down there somewhere. I'm assuming it's next to the missing wing from the foam glider used in an experiment.
